COD Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may require verification by telephone before shipment.

A COD order will be shipped only after the required verification has been successfully completed.

There is currently no additional COD charge.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation of an order before the order has been shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Cancellation requests can be made through email or WhatsApp.

Returns, refunds and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

Product prices displayed on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

The applicable product price is generally the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to any applicable pricing or technical errors.

For prepaid orders, payment must be successfully processed before the order is accepted and prepared for shipment.

Payments may be processed through third-party payment service providers, including PhonePe, and may be subject to the applicable terms and policies of those providers.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship orders within India.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Estimated delivery time is generally 5–7 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location, courier availability and other circumstances.

We may use shipping and logistics partners including:

  • DTDC

  • Delhivery

  • India Post

  • Amazon-related delivery services

  • Ekart

  • Other logistics providers where required

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to weather, natural events, transportation issues, courier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, holidays, operational disruptions, regulatory requirements or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where tracking information is available, we may provide tracking details through email or other applicable communication channels.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on eligible orders above ₹500, subject to applicable terms.

For orders below the applicable free-shipping threshold, shipping charges may apply and will be displayed during the ordering process where applicable.

All content on our Services, including but not limited to our trademarks, brand names, logos, text, product descriptions, images, graphics, videos, audio, designs, layouts and other materials, is owned by or licensed to MAMOONIYA A TO Z or its respective owners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
